We take your safety and security seriously. All our users on the platform will be personally verified using a secure photo identification processed by our team. User’s pictures won’t be shown until they are matched with a potential match, to allow all users to feel secure while using Halal Connections and take out the “window shopping” process.

Profile
We understand the trust you have put in us by setting up a profile with all your personal information. Your safety and security are our top priorities. Your profile will not be shared with other users until our matchmaker finds your match and you agree to chat with them. Your profile is safe with us.
Guardianship
Every user is given the option to include a guardian in their journey. This would provide users with another source of support and safety. They can be involved in the chats if you want them there, they can reach out to the matchmaker too for advice and guidance.
The Matchmaker
Our experienced matchmaker will work hard to search the most appropriate matches according to your profile. They are available when you need advice and support regards to finding a match or helping you begin the conversation. They will also answer any other questions you may have. We are with you all the way.
Integrity
Our many features help users stay in control. For example, should a user choose to delete a conversation, Halal Connections will permanently remove it from our platform. You can also report any behaviour that you feel is not right. We want you to be in control so your experience is comfortable and Halal.
